Die Mitte der 60er Jahre entstandene hydraulische Pressenserie Titano ist eine feste Gr\u00f6\u00dfe<\/strong>in den Produktionslinien von Unternehmen, die auf der ganzen Welt vertreten sind.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Kraft<\/strong>, die Pr\u00e4zision<\/strong>, die vielf\u00e4ltigen Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten und die st\u00e4ndige Aktualisierung der Sicherheits<\/strong>– und Kontrolltechniken<\/strong>machen Titano zur flexibelsten<\/strong>und zuverl\u00e4ssigsten<\/strong>Maschine auf dem Markt.<\/p>\n

Titano bietet die M\u00f6glichkeit, gro\u00dfe Pads auf den Hundertstelmillimeter<\/strong> genau zu verdichten, ist \u00e4u\u00dferst bequemer als eine Rotationspresse, erfordert kein Fachpersonal<\/strong> f\u00fcr den Betrieb und wird mit minimalen und schnellen Wartungseingriffen langfristig gewartet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Haupts\u00e4chlich zum Trocknen von kompakten Phenol<\/strong>-, Melamin<\/strong>-, Harnstoff<\/strong>– und Bergbaupulvern<\/strong>eingesetzt, variiert seine Leistung je nach Modell zwischen 50 und 400 Tonnen<\/strong> auf eigenen Produktionsformen aus geh\u00e4rtetem, geschliffenem und auf Wunsch verchromtem und DLC-behandeltem Stahl. Die gesamte Serie ist CE-zertifiziert<\/strong> und im Falle der Verdichtung von explosiven Pulvern wird die ATEX-Zertifizierung<\/strong> ausgestellt, die f\u00fcr die Verringerung der Risiken bei der Verwendung am Arbeitsplatz unerl\u00e4sslich ist.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus l\u00e4sst sich Titano dank SPS-Steuerung<\/strong> und Kompatibilit\u00e4t mit 4.0-Automatisierungssystemen<\/strong> problemlos in bestehende Produktionslinien integrieren.<\/p>\n
