Born in the mid-1960s, the Titano series of hydraulic presses represents a certainty<\/strong>in the production lines of companies present all over the globe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The power<\/strong>, the precision<\/strong>, the various possibilities of use and the constant updating of safety<\/strong>and control<\/strong>techniques make Titano the most flexible<\/strong> and reliable<\/strong>machine on the market.<\/p>\n

Titano offers the possibility of compacting large pads<\/strong> with precision to a hundredth of a millimeter, is extremely more convenient than a rotary press, does not require specialized personnel<\/strong> for operation and is maintained over time with minimal and quick maintenance interventions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Mainly used to dry compact phenolic<\/strong>, melamine<\/strong>, urea<\/strong>and mining<\/strong>powders, its power varies depending on the model from 50 to 400 tons<\/strong> on our own production molds in hardened, ground and, on request, chromed and DLC treated steel. The entire series is CE certified<\/strong> and, in the case of compaction of explosive powders, the ATEX certification<\/strong> is issued, which is essential for reducing the risks of use in the workplace.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, Titano can be easily integrated into existing production lines thanks to PLC control<\/strong> and compatibility with 4.0 automated systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
