INSTALLATION & TESTING

Installation and testing are fundamental phases of any project.

To ensure the success of the implementation procedure, we provide our customers with a team of technicians specialized in the installation and development of our presses within production lines, the same technicians who took care of the construction of the presses themselves.

Using state-of-the-art tools and equipment, we detect any possible changes, optimize the system and verify the proper functioning of each component in detail. The process includes the development of safety systems, PLC interface and 4.0 integration, fundamental in complex production lines.

At the end of the system installation procedure, we proceed to the testing and commissioning phase: in this phase the testing technicians work in collaboration with the designers in order to facilitate the handover to the customer.

Our specialized staff will train the operators indicated by the customer in the correct use and maintenance of the system, also guaranteeing timely intervention and assistance in case of need.
