EXTRUDERS
ERCOLE
Series of hydraulic extruders of great power used for the processing of metals and alloys of all kinds.
Ercole “forces” by compression the material in the pasty state to pass through a matrix that reproduces the external shape of the piece to be obtained. If an internal cavity is desired, there will be a core that will reproduce its profile. The compression of the material upstream of the die is obtained through a worm screw and a series of hydraulic pistons that push the material towards the extrusion head.
The material is determined in length by the interval of the automated cutting and is defined in the shape by the die itself. The different customization possibilities allow a wide range of applications capable of satisfying even the most demanding customer.
The Ercole series of presses, simple and extremely robust, can be used in manual, semi-automatic and automatic mode, guaranteeing precise and reliable production.
The entire series is CE certified and can also be easily integrated into existing production lines thanks to PLC control and compatibility with 4.0 automated systems.
