TITANO

Born in the mid-1960s, the Titano series of hydraulic presses represents a certaintyin the production lines of companies present all over the globe.

The power, the precision, the various possibilities of use and the constant updating of safetyand controltechniques make Titano the most flexible and reliablemachine on the market.

Titano offers the possibility of compacting large pads with precision to a hundredth of a millimeter, is extremely more convenient than a rotary press, does not require specialized personnel for operation and is maintained over time with minimal and quick maintenance interventions.

Mainly used to dry compact phenolic, melamine, ureaand miningpowders, its power varies depending on the model from 50 to 400 tons on our own production molds in hardened, ground and, on request, chromed and DLC treated steel. The entire series is CE certified and, in the case of compaction of explosive powders, the ATEX certification is issued, which is essential for reducing the risks of use in the workplace.

Furthermore, Titano can be easily integrated into existing production lines thanks to PLC control and compatibility with 4.0 automated systems.
